Future Space
When humanity first set its sights on Mars, the red planet was considered a barren, lifeless wasteland. The vast deserts, towering volcanoes, and deep canyons painted a picture of a world shaped solely by geological forces. But as our exploration of Mars has deepened, our understanding of its history has become far more complex. Mars, it turns out, may have harbored the conditions necessary for life. The most tantalizing discovery, however, comes not from geology or water flow but from something far more profound—evidence that suggests something might have existed on Mars long before we arrived.
